Welcome! My name is Shania Kelly and I have been actively working out in the gym since 2015. A great majority of my fitness story involved heavy cardio, weight loss goals, counting macros, tracking my weight heavily and etc etc. It wasn’t until the gyms re-opened after the end of the Covid-19 Pandemic Quarantine that I started focusing on strength training. I now focus on how fitness makes me “feel” rather than how it makes me “look” and what the scale says. The improved physique is a plus! I have danced around becoming a certified personal trainer but until then I am sharing the knowledge that I have gained over the years with you all through these products! I also make content around fitness, advice and gym vlogs @ sn.m.k on Tik-Tok and Instagram! My workout plans are simple to set the start to your journey. Some are more ‘beginner friendly’ than others. They are not as heavily detailed as they can be to keep the price low. My rule of thumb is … if there is an exercise that you aren’t familiar with.. google it! There is tons of content out there showing you exactly how to perfect your form. Also.. just a reminder.. form is always more important than how fast you go or how heavy you push. Form keeps you safe and efficient.
